The registration includes:
• Transportation from conference hotels to
venue
• Access to all sessions
• Meeting kit and meeting documents
• Coffee breaks
• Two lunches
• The Welcome Cocktail and the Conference Dinner.
Presenting authors of
accepted papers must register
before October 7, 2009 in order for their papers to be
included in the final program.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be always confirmed in writing: please include all
relevant bank information.
Fees will be refunded only for cancellations received before
October
7, 2009.
No refunds will be possible for cancellations received after
this date. An administrative charge will be deducted
for each refund. Refunds will be paid after the Meeting. |
